Run your entire Cloudflare estate from one place.

Brixio One is where the rollout, the day-to-day operations, the security audits, the chargeback and the paperwork all live together. Project managers, infrastructure, security and finance each get the view they need. One set of data, so nobody is comparing spreadsheets.

The modules

Six modules, one login.

Here is what each one actually does for you.

Projects

Know where the project stands without chasing anyone.

Schedule, milestones and owners on both sides. Every change request gets priced and signed off before any work starts.

  • Shared schedule
  • Deliverables kept
  • Approvals tracked
Support & tickets

Every ticket shows the time left on its SLA.

One front door instead of scattered emails and phone calls. The engineer handling it, and the escalation path, stay in plain sight.

  • Single front door
  • Contractual SLA
  • Named escalation
Managed Services

What we do for you, even when nothing breaks.

Tuning, configuration fixes and compliance reviews, each one logged and dated. Anything out of scope waits for your sign-off.

  • Activity log
  • Preventive work visible
  • Reporting
Abacus

One group invoice, split across entities, arithmetic included.

You set the rule once. It runs every period against what your zones actually consumed, and shows how each figure was reached.

  • Method you define
  • Real usage
  • Reports per entity
Metryx

A configuration score per zone, and a dated report.

DNS, TLS/SSL, WAF, bots, rate limiting, rules and performance: scored, tracked over time, and exportable when an auditor asks.

  • 7 areas analysed
  • History kept
  • Free
Licences & contracts

Licences, contracts, invoices and API keys in one place.

Add as many members as you need and give each one the right role. Runbooks and reports stay available (or exportable) long after a project closes.

  • Unlimited members
  • Roles and access
  • API keys
What makes Brixio One different
Nothing in here is typed in twice. The work fills the platform.

The projects we run, the tickets we close, the operations on your zones and your Cloudflare usage all feed Brixio One directly. That is why it can produce numbers you can act on: what each entity actually owes, how each zone is really configured, and how far along a project has got.

Your teams stop piecing the answer together. They look it up.

Abacus · Internal cost allocation

Charge a group Cloudflare invoice back, and defend the numbers.

One invoice lands for the whole group. It has to be split across entities with different traffic, different products switched on and different contract dates. With no method written down, the same argument resurfaces every quarter-end.

Abacus lets you build the rule yourself: a fixed share per domain, a variable share weighted by usage, pro-rata and anniversary dates. From then on it runs each month against what your zones actually consumed. Every figure carries the calculation behind it, so finance can check a single line and each entity can see exactly how its share was worked out.

Projects · Migrations & rollouts

No status meeting required to find out where things stand.

On a six-month engagement with an outside partner, progress tends to surface only at the monthly review, deliverables end up buried in inboxes, and scope creeps without anyone writing it down.

Projects shows the schedule, the milestones, the tasks and who owns each one, on your side and ours. Deliverables are filed and stay reachable after handover, and every change request is priced and signed off before work begins. Progress exports as a report you can put in front of your leadership.

Managed Services · Proactive work

A quiet year should still be an accountable one.

Outsource operations and visibility usually goes with them. A year without incidents starts to look like a year without work, and renewal comes up with nothing concrete on the table.

Every operation we run on your infrastructure is logged in the platform: WAF tuning, configuration fixes, quarterly compliance reviews, out-of-scope requests sent to you for approval. You see the preventive work too: the kind that never becomes a ticket.

  • Preventive and corrective work logged, each with a date and a name against it
  • Nothing beyond the agreed scope without your written approval
  • Retainer scope and contractual SLAs visible to both sides
  • Your Cloudflare tenant stays yours: our access is named and revocable

Metryx · Configuration audit

Your zones, scored on configuration and dated.

Past a dozen zones, nobody can honestly say they are all configured the same way. The drift stays invisible until there is an incident, or an audit.

Metryx checks each zone across seven areas (DNS, TLS/SSL, WAF, bots, rate limiting, rules, performance), scores it, keeps the history, and produces a dated report you can hand straight to an auditor. The report always spells out what the score is based on, and a zone that is inactive or unreachable is flagged as not effective rather than scored wrongly.

Free, self-serve

The configuration audit of your Cloudflare zones. If an algorithm can check it on its own, you shouldn't be paying for it.

Outside the tool's scope

Access and identity policies depend on how your organisation actually works. No algorithm can grade that. They get reviewed with an engineer, in a workshop.

Tickets & support

One thread per request, from first message to resolution.

Requests scatter across email, chat and phone calls until nobody is sure who is handling what, or what has already been said about it.

Tickets live in Brixio One, raised in the platform or simply by emailing a dedicated address. Beyond the default owners, you pull in whoever else belongs on a given ticket. The full history, the linked documentation and the current status stay visible from the first message to the fix.

The fine print

What stays yours, whatever happens.

  • Your Cloudflare tenant stays yoursOur access is named, and you can revoke it whenever you like.
  • Your data stays exportableReports, deliverables, history, documentation: all of it exports.
  • Every workspace stays walled offTeams and entities see only what you open up to them.
  • Your history stays intactClosed projects, tickets, reports and documents stay there years later.
