A senior engineer or director runs a deep dive on real Cloudflare scenarios drawn from production engagements. No leetcode puzzles. The conversation reflects the work.

Two or three peers from the hub or practice you would join. Mutual evaluation : you assess the team you would work with, they assess how you operate alongside them.
04 · Offer
A clear written offer with the role scope, compensation band, hub of attachment, and practical next steps. We move quickly once a decision is made.

Four hubs, one bench.
We hire across four operational hubs : Dubai for the Gulf and Middle East, Luxembourg as the corporate headquarters and EU anchor, Paris for francophone countries and the wider European market, and Singapore for Asia-Pacific. Each hub owns a region but operates on the same Cloudflare bench.
We also support remote employees in countries where we do not yet have an office, on a case-by-case basis. Several team members already work this way. The fit is what matters : time-zone overlap with your hub of attachment, autonomy, and a working setup that allows you to take part in incidents.
