4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including, without limitation, texts, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, graphics, layout, structure, databases, source code, and software) is the exclusive property of the Brixio group or its partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, database, and software protection laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, distribution, transmission, or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means or in any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of the Brixio group, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement subject to applicable civil and criminal sanctions.

The “Brixio” name, the Brixio logo, “Brixio One”, and any other distinctive sign appearing on the Site are trademarks of the Brixio group and are protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site (notably Cloudflare and any other partner trademarks) are the property of their respective holders and are mentioned for descriptive and informational purposes only.

5. Hyperlinks

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. The Brixio group does not control the content of such websites and disclaims any liability for their availability, content, or any consequences arising from their consultation.

The creation of links pointing to www.brixio.io is authorised, provided that such links do not harm the image, reputation, or rights of the Brixio group. The Brixio group reserves the right to request the removal of any link deemed non-compliant with these conditions.

Any framing, deep-linking, or unauthorised reproduction of the Site within third-party websites or applications is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Liability

The Brixio group endeavours to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on the Site. However, the Brixio group cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available, which is provided for informational purposes only and may evolve at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Brixio group disclaims any liability in connection with:

  • any temporary or permanent interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Site;
  • the occurrence of bugs, errors, software defects or security incidents affecting the Site;
  • any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business or commercial opportunity, arising from the access to or use of the Site;
  • the consultation or use of any third-party website to which the Site may refer.

Nothing in this Legal Notice shall exclude or limit the Brixio group's liability for matters which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

  • Advertising cookies: campaign performance measurement and personalisation (notably LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads). Placed only with your explicit consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the publisher operating in your region of residence, namely:

  • the laws of the United Arab Emirates for users residing in the Middle East, the GCC, Saudi Arabia, Africa or the Americas (publisher: Brixio Technologies LLC);
  • the laws of the Republic of Singapore for users residing in the Asia-Pacific region (publisher: Brixio Technologies (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.).

Any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, validity, performance or termination of this Legal Notice shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of:

  • the competent courts of Paris, France, where French law applies;
  • the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (or, where applicable, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts), where UAE law applies;
  • the competent courts of Singapore, where Singaporean law applies.

In each case, the foregoing is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the user's country of residence under applicable law.
